About Palacongressi
Palacongressi can host up to 10,000 attendees and several simultaneous events. Covering a total of 23,675 sqm, it offers rooms with seating capacity ranging from 20 to 6,000, also suitable for exhibitions, 32 breakout rooms with up to 300 seats, a spacious and luminous foyer fitted with services and amenities, congress administration offices, a 200 sqm winter garden, a 900-seat restaurant, 3 bars and extensive secured car parks. Facilities are all predisposed for the latest hi-tech applications. Modular rooms and movable furnishings and fittings mean that spaces can be adapted to host events of all types and scales. The Auditorium can be split into 5 sections ranging from 500 to 6000 seats, a second 4,800 sqm hall can be split into 3 sections ranging from 900 to 4,000 seats. A third, of the same size, can be used for exhibition areas, catering services and for additional rooms. Moreover, in its 1,500-seat configuration, the Auditorium can host top-class shows and musical events, thanks to a special variable acoustics shell which can accomodate up to a 150-piece orchestra and a 100-member choir, guaranteeing the purest sound, without the use of amplifiers.
On the first floor, the huge 1,600-seat shell-shaped amphitheatre, dividable into two halls, will be the symbol of the new Palacongressi: made of aquamarine glass, it is suspended on steel supports.
The complex has more parking space than any other European venue of its kind: approximately one thousand cars underground, a terminal for 10 buses and temporary parking spaces for coaches. An effective road system keeps traffic flows to and from the congress complex moving.

How to get to Rimini
By plane: Rimini international airport Federico Fellini is about 7 km from the city center. Click here for the timetable. To Palacongressi, bus no. 9 to Arco
d’Augusto stop. Palacongressi is walking distance (300m).
Bologna International Airport G. Marconi (Click here for the timetable) 100 km from Rimini and Forlì Airport “Ridolfi” (Click here for the timetable) 40 km from Rimini.
From Bologna and Forlì’s Airport, the opposite Air Bus leads to the train station. Once in
Rimini, follow directions from the “by train” paragraph.
By train: Direct lines to Rome, Florence, Milan, Turin, Venice, Bari, etc. (www.trenitalia.it).
From the train station, bus no. 7.
By car: A14 motorway - Taranto Bologna - exit Rimini Sud. Follow the Consolare Rimini-San Marino direction Rimini. Follow directions to the city center and then Palacongressi.
